1. Agreement
These Terms govern your access to Biznopsy, including its business checkups, dashboards, workspaces, reports and AI-powered Advisor. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Biznopsy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and notify Biznopsy if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. What Biznopsy provides
Biznopsy is a business planning and decision-support service. Outputs, scores, reports and AI responses are informational and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for checking information and making business decisions.
4. Plans, allowances and fair use
The Free plan includes the features shown on the website. Pro and Ultra features become available only after the relevant subscription is activated. Advisor allowances, Deep Analysis limits, rate limits and prohibited automated use are described in the Fair Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Payments and renewals
When paid checkout is enabled, prices, taxes, billing interval and renewal terms will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another disclosed provider; Biznopsy does not intend to store complete card details. Mandatory consumer cancellation, refund and withdrawal rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the information you submit. You grant Biznopsy a limited, worldwide right to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use, or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
7. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, bypass limits, share access for resale, scrape or automate requests without written permission, interfere with security, upload malicious content, violate another person's rights, or use Biznopsy for unlawful, deceptive or harmful activity.
8. Intellectual property
Biznopsy and its original software, design, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
9. Third-party services and AI
Biznopsy relies on service providers for authentication, hosting, databases, AI inference and, when enabled, payments. Their systems may occasionally be unavailable. AI outputs are generated probabilistically and must be reviewed before use. You must not rely on an AI response as the sole basis for a high-impact decision.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may be modified, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary. We may update these Terms and will identify the new effective date; material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access where you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay an amount due, or abuse service resources. You may stop using Biznopsy at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Biznopsy is provided “as is” and “as available.” Biznopsy is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or losses caused by business decisions based on generated content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
13. Governing rules and disputes
Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the location and legal identity of the Biznopsy operator and by mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. The operator's full legal identity and direct contact details must be added before paid subscriptions are activated.
14. Contact
The service is currently identified by the trade name Biznopsy. A direct support address and the operator's complete legal details will be published before paid checkout becomes available.
